They covered everything: music, flowers, vows, beach setting, decorations, champagne toast, person performing the ceremony, marriage certificate, photos, awesome video and so much more! It isn't easy pleasing everyone but I must say that theĭream Sands Cancun employees do a great job! If you want a clean, nice kept hotel with many amenities, a nice calm beach, good food/drinks, friendly/accommodating employees and great security you will LOVE it.Įveryone that works there is always smiling.Ĭustomer Service is not easy when dealing with different personalities and different cultures. Everyone’s opinion/expectations are different. Keep an open mind and do not knock until you’ve tried it. I feel the age of the building gives it character. It is an older building but it is well kept. Room/bathroom was always clean and plenty of towels. They are constantly cleaning/sanitizing throughout the facility. They also make sure the guests at the hotel are happy and safe! The employees at the hotel are just absolutely WONDERFUL and go above and beyond to accommodate guests. 2022 was our 10th year visiting this resort.
